  • Service delivery: when working with you, we process your data for administration and invoicing (legal basis: legal obligation + performance of contract).
  • Service improvement: anonymised insights from calls (legal basis: legitimate interest).

4. How long do we keep your data?

  • Contact form requests that don't lead to collaboration: maximum 6 months, then deleted.
  • Client data (administration, invoices): 7 years, per the statutory retention period of the Dutch tax authority.
  • Marketing communication (only after explicit opt-in): until you unsubscribe.

5. With whom do we share data?

We only share your data with parties we need to deliver our services, e.g. our email provider, hosting party and accountant. We have data processing agreements with all of them. We never sell or rent data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Our site is hosted by a hosting provider that processes necessary technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to serve the site. We have a data processing agreement with this provider, and they are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where international processing applies.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we process about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to the processing, or restrict it.
  • Receive your data in a portable format (data portability).
  • Withdraw a previously given consent.
  • File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Send your request to info@organiqgrow.nl. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing: encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited system access, and regular backups. In the event of a data breach we notify the Dutch DPA within 72 hours and, if required, you.
