Policies

Cookiepolicy.

Which cookies we set, why, and how to remove them.

Last updated: 12 May 2026

Short version

We use functional cookies and, if you consent, analytics cookies to improve the site. No advertising pixels, no profiles, no data selling.

Which cookies do we set?

Functional cookies (always active)

  • NEXT_LOCALE, remembers your language preference (Dutch or English) on next visits. Retention: 1 year.
  • og_consent, remembers whether you've consented to analytics cookies, so we don't show the banner again. Retention: 6 months.

These cookies are needed for the site's basic functionality and fall under the exception in article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, consent is not required.

Analytics cookies (only after consent)

If you consent via the cookie banner, we set the following analytics cookies:

  • Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), measures anonymously how many visitors the site gets, which pages are popular and how users move through the site. We've configured Analytics anonymously: no IP tracking, no link to advertising, no data sharing with Google for marketing. Retention: max 14 months.
  • Google Search Console, sets no cookies in your browser but collects anonymised data about how visitors find us via Google (search terms, positions, clicks). No personal data.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by deleting the cookies in your browser. If you don't consent, we set no analytics cookies and everything functional still works.

What we don't set

  • No advertising pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads remarketing).
  • No session replay, heatmaps or fingerprinting.
  • No third-party cookies from social embeds.
  • No selling of data to third parties.

Deleting cookies

You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking functional cookies may break the site (e.g. your language preference will not be remembered).
